How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel yourself anytime from the secure billing portal (enter your account email to sign in), or email miss@misscanvas.com and we'll do it for you. Your plan stays active until the end of the month and won't renew. Full details on the Refund Policy.
I paid but my account is still locked. What now?
Access unlocks automatically when you sign in with the same email you used at checkout. If it didn't, email us with that email address and we'll unlock it manually within a business day.
What's the difference between Free, Creator and Pro?
Free lets you edit and download a watermarked social pack. Creator ($9/mo) removes the watermark on social packs. Pro ($19/mo) adds the self-contained HTML web page export. Compare them on the Pricing page.
Can I use the designs commercially?
Yes. The design with your words is licensed for your own personal or commercial projects. You just can't resell the raw artwork on its own. See the Terms.
