Miss Canvas Creator and Pro are monthly subscriptions. This policy explains cancellations and refunds in plain language.
Try before you pay
You can use the editor and download a watermarked social pack for free — no card required. That way you can confirm Miss Canvas is right for you before subscribing.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription whenever you like. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month and simply does not renew after that. You keep access to what you already downloaded.
Refunds
- Accidental or duplicate charges: email us within 14 days and we'll refund the charge.
- Just subscribed and changed your mind: if you contact us within 14 days of your first payment and haven't made substantial use of the paid downloads, we'll refund that first month.
- Renewal you meant to cancel: if a renewal slips through right after you intended to cancel, reach out and we'll make it right.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

Email miss@misscanvas.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge. We aim to reply within 2 business days. See the Support page for more.
Studio plans
Custom Studio arrangements follow the terms agreed by email for that engagement.
