This policy explains what Miss Canvas collects, why, and your choices. We keep it minimal: we collect what we need to run your account and your subscription, and nothing we don't.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and password (stored securely by Firebase Authentication), and the brand name or notes you choose to save with your designs.
- Subscription: if you subscribe, your payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and the email tied to it; we never see or store your full card number.
- Technical: basic logs (timestamps, error and usage signals) needed to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, unlock the plan you paid for, send you essential emails (welcome, account and billing notices), prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes data for us
- Google Firebase — authentication, database and hosting.
- Stripe — subscription payments and billing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
Each provider only receives the data needed to perform its function.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your editor preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can update or delete your account, and you can cancel your subscription at any time. To request access to or deletion of your data, email us and we will help.
